Specialize in automotive systems for the two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and four-wheeler passenger and commercial vehicle niches.The client industry has been a leader in colors and chemicals for over 60 years, with a strong global presence in pigments and agrochemicals. As the leading pigment provider in India, it holds over 35% market share. Since 1952, it has expanded from inorganic pigments to high-performance and effect pigments. It primarily serves the coatings, plastics, ink, and cosmetics industries.

The Challenge
The Key Challenges were as follows:
- Managing the centralized database of all almost 250+ contract labor suppliers and almost 24000+ contract workers of 49 plants in 7 states spread across India.
- Configuration of a group with 32 multiple companies within the solution without compromising data secrecy and security across the group
- Integrated 200+ biometric devices across all plants within the solution.
- Real-time attendance capture and contractor performance analysis
- Authenticated each worker’s shift-wise working and overtime hours.
- Restrict wrong OT hours by having equal policy configuration across the group.
- Company-wise, plant-wise, and group-level multiple role-based logins and access rights.
- Begin the 24×7 working of manufacturing plants, managing multiple shift schedules across all plants.
- Based on production demand labour performs multiple shifts therefore managing OT and working based on the allotted shifts requirement vary due to the non-availability of certain skills labour.

The Solution
ORIOLE understood the business requirements and customized the ORIOLEPay solution to suit the customer’s requirements. A tailor-made team was deployed for this situation, consisting of solution architects, developers, UI designers, and QA.
The ORIOLE team worked in an agile manner to deliver a state-of-the-art system using a cloud solution on-premise deployed on the client’s internal data center.
